I am a first time visitor. I thought my appt was yesterday, but I messed up somehow and it was a week later. They took me anyway! And relieved my anxiety about my cat. Treated both of us so kindly. Thank you so very much!

Dr. Bolt is fantastic and so are the techs and front office staff. Dr. Bolt has taken care of our cat Sundae in two serious situations, and went above and beyond to explain our options. She worked up a treatment plan that got our cat feeling much better. They are quick to act as well. Would highly recommend Ashby Animal Clinic to others.

This was our first time seeing Dr. Bolt. Andwoo is a highly reactive dog and is absolutely terrified at the vet. Dr. Bolt was very understanding of his specific circumstances, allowed us to tailor treatment to his needs, and was very kind. She even pet Andwoo- and he's never let that happen in a vet's office before! Very happy with the service and I will be sure to book with her in the future.
